Installation Instructions:

From Program Manager or any other Shell

To install this application, simply choose the Run item from the File
menu of Windows, then type the name of the current directory, followed
by INSTALL.EXE; for example, if the current files are located in the
directory C:\RECV, you would type C:\RECV\INSTALL.EXE.

From File Manager
-----------------
Choose the drive in which the current WinMarker files are located, and
highlight the current directory. Double-click on INSTALL.EXE.

From DOS
--------
Type WIN INSTALL from the DOS prompt while Windows is not loaded.
